Terms of Service - Rolog

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Rolog mobile application ("App") operated by Misoshido ("we", "our", or "us").

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Use of the App

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Interfere with the App's functionality or security features

User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create within the App (including photos, notes, and records). You are solely responsible for your content and ensuring you have the right to use any photos you upload.

Subscriptions and Payments

Rolog Pro

Rolog offers optional subscription plans ("Rolog Pro") that provide access to additional features. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account.

Billing

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

Cancellation

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. Please contact Apple Support for refund requests.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by Misoshido and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
